IN A GLASS OF ICE

• Crushed orange slices with
• 1 oz. Campari
• 1 oz. Antica Carpano
• Splash of soda water

Bona Vita

In a mixing glass:

• 1.5 oz. Square One Botanical
• .25 oz. Averna Amaro
• .75 oz. Aperol
• .25 oz. lemon juice
• .25 oz. grapefruit juice

Served up and garnished with a fresh grapefruit peel

Dahlia

In a mixing glass:

• 1.5 oz. Flor de Cana 7 year
• 1 oz. Gran Classico
• 1.5 oz. Punte e Mes

Served in a coupe and garnished with a flamed orange peel

Miners Gold

This drink is patterned after the Paloma

In mixing glass:

• 1 oz. Casa Noble Crystal
• .25 oz. Vida Mezcal
• .5 oz. lemon juice
• .5 oz. agave ginger syrup

Shake with ice and pour into a highball. Top with Clementine soda. Served on the rocks.

Negroni Perfecto

A new spin on a classic cocktail.

In mixing glass:

• 1 oz. 209 gin
• 1 oz. Antica Carpano
• .5 oz. Campari
• .5 oz. Gran Classico
• 2 dashes of Fee Brothers Rhubarb Bitters

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass and stir (long stir). Strain into a coupe. Garnish with orange peel. Serve UP.

Spritz

• 1 oz. Aperol
• 2 oz. Prosecco
• 1 oz soda water

Serve over ice with a slice of orange
